Alvis' Fruit Cake
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon lemon rind
- 2 cups fruit cake mix
- 2 cups light raisins
- 1/2 cup walnuts and 1/2 cup cherries
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- Salt, amount not specified
Directions
- Bake in a Bundt pan at 325°F for 70 to 80 minutes.
