Angel Cake
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup sifted flour
Directions
- Beat the eggs and sugar well; add the baking powder, oil, water, and sifted flour.
- Grease and flour a flan pan. Bake at 325°F or 350°F for 12–15 minutes.
- Turn out onto a plate; add filling and whipped cream.
