Carrot Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 3 eggs, beaten in one at a time
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups grated carrots
Directions
- Mix well.
- Put in a 9-by-12-inch pan and bake at 350°F.
