Carrot Loaf Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 cups grated carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups Crisco oil
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup nuts

Directions

  1. Beat together the carrots, oil, sugar, and eggs; add the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, raisins, and nuts.
  2. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.

1 1/2 cups Crisco Oil
2 cups wh sugar
4 beaten eggs
Beat all & add
2 cups flour
2 teas Cinn
1 1/2 teas nutmeg
2 teas B. soda
2 teas B powder
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts
Bake for 1 hr at 350°
