Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dark corn syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 large eggs

Directions

  1. Refrigerate the dough for 1/2 hour, roll into balls, flatten with a fork, and bake at 350°F for 12 minutes.
