Coconut Jam Tarts
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut

- Line tart tins with pastry and place a dab of jam in each.
- Top with the egg, butter, sugar, and coconut mixture and bake at 400°F.
