Creamy Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely diced potatoes
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks celery finely chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk

Directions

  1. Cook the potatoes, onions, and celery in the water until tender.
  2. Make a white sauce from the remaining ingredients, add the vegetables, and cook until thick.
