Pistachio Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, reserving some for the top
Directions
- Put the pudding mix, sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt in a saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the marshmallows, white chocolate chips, vanilla, and chopped pecans, reserving some pecans for the top.
- Line a 9-inch square pan with foil, pour in the mixture, and sprinkle with the reserved pecans.
