Pumpkin Orange Muffins

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup margarine
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 3/4 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg and ginger
• orange sugar mixture; quantities not stated

Directions

1. Brush with orange sugar mixture.
2. Bake at 350°F.
