Pumpkin Square

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Bake on 2 large cookie sheets or a jelly-roll sheet at 325°F for 20 minutes.
  2. Blend the icing ingredients well.

Bake on large 2 cookie sheet or jelly roll sheet. 325° for 20 min.
Icing: blend well.
