Rhubarb Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups rhubarb
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin
- flour, quantity unclear
- brown sugar, quantity unclear
- 3 tablespoons margarine
Directions
- Spread the batter in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix the rhubarb, sugar, and strawberry gelatin and spread over the batter. Crumble the topping over the rhubarb and bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
