Strawberry Mellow Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (3-ounce) package strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (10-ounce) package sweetened frozen strawberries
  • 1 baked graham-wafer crust
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped (the note may offer canned milk as an alternative)
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows

Directions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Add the frozen strawberries, stirring until the fruit separates and the mixture thickens.
  2. Fold in the marshmallows and whipped cream.
  3. Pour into the graham-wafer crust and chill until firm.

Notes

  • The back of the card also says “use pan 8 x 13,” which conflicts with the pie-crust instruction.

1 - 3 oz pkg. strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1 - 10 oz sweetened frozen strawberries
1 graham wafer crust (baked)

2 cups miniature Marshmallows
Dissolve jello in hot water, add frozen strawberries stirring until fruit separates & mixture thickens. Fold in Marshmallows & whipped cream. pour into Graham wafer crust. Chill until firm.
